چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim: Exercise training influences the adipose tissue and resulting in secrete of adipokines. This study was designed to aim the effect of speedy and endurance exercise training on the serum levels of vaspin nesfatin-1 indices in young people. Methods: 39 non-athlete healthy young men were selected randomly and divided into three groups of 13 men including, speedy, endurance training groups and control. General characteristics and dietary intake were determined by standard. Fasting blood samples were obtained from three groups in before and after exercise training, and detraining steps. Vaspin and nesphatin-1 levels and lipid profile were determined by ELISA, commercial kits and spectrophotometric method respectively. Data was analyzed using SPSS statistical software. Results: There was significant difference in vaspin level in two groups in both before and after exercise training and body fat percent as compared to control (P= 0.05). There was no significant difference based on nesfatin -1 level in three steps of study, anthropometric indices, lipid profile, and daily energy intake in both groups as compared to control. Conclusion: It was observed a slight decrease in the amount of nesfatin -1 level in two groups, which seems to require greater energy consumption according to type of exercise training in them. Besides, the vaspin level has been decreased insignificantly after endurance exercise compared to control. Endurance exercise program could lead to appropriate changes in body fat and vaspin adipokine in young people.Further studies are needed to understand factors affecting this adipokine levels during exercise.
