چکیده مقاله:
Functionalization of multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) has attracted considerable interest in the chemistry. Thus far, a number of ways have been introduced for covalent functionalization of MWCNTs. In this work MWCNTs was oxidized with H2SO4 and HNO3 and FT-IR spectrom was recorded for each expriment. In order to activation of MWCNTs surfaces, The acid treated MWCNTs (MWCNTs–COOH) was reacted with excess SOCl2 for 24 h under reflux to yield acyl chloride–functionalized MWNT (MWCNTs–COCl). Since selenium complexe formed with two amino group, For masking amino group Di-tert-butyl dicarbonate was used. Synthesis of ligand was perform with reaction of Acyl chloride-functionalized MWNTs with 4-amino-3-nitrophenol in the presence of AlCl3 and in the next step hydrolyzed to produced 4-amino-3-nitrophenol grafted to MWCNTs. Preparing modified electrode was done with carbon paste method by mixing graphite powder with functionalized MWCNTs. Efficiency of prepared electrode was studied by diffrential pulse voltammetry in the selenium solution. This electrode has good capability to determination of selenium.
