چکیده
Background: Existing theories suggest that carcinogenesis is a multi-stage process that includes a cumulative of Gene mutation that can cause lung cancer. In carcinogenesis, changes from hyperplasia to invasive cancer are progressing and intermediate modifications called precancerous lesion. Objectives: Lung cancer is a major cause of dead worldwide. Most patient are diagnosed at late stages resulting poor prognosis and high mortality. Because of the importancedetection of lung cancer in early stages we studies the primary lung cancer for evaluating any precancerous lesion.Materials/Patients and Methods: Total of 60 pneumnectomy specimen which received in pathology ward of Namazee hospital since farvardin 1392 to farvardin 1393 were selectedaccording to clinical finding and imaging data. After detection of tumor s size, color. consistency and necrosis, multiple sections were taken In addition sections were prepared from 1-3 cm a adjacent to tumor in all aspects and proximal resected margins. The blocks were processed according to standard procedures for the preparation of haematoxylin andcosin stained histological sections and examined microscopically. Results: 38.3 % ( 2360 ) had precancerous lesion in l cm adjacent to the lung tumor ( 23.3 % atypical adenomatous hyperplasia , 6.7 % squamous dysplasia) in 2cm adjacent the lung tumor were detected 3.390 AAH and squamous metaplasia l 6.7 % ( 10 ) In 3cm adjacent the lung tumo was seen squamous metaplasa6.7 % ( 4 ) The most frequent preinvasive lesion were ( 23.3 % ) atypical adenomatous hyperplasia and 6.7 % squamous dysplasia. Conclusion: We found that preinvasive lesion was frequent in primary lung cancer ( 38 %) , The most frequent preinvasive lesion were ( 23.3 % ) atypical adenomatous hyperplasia Conclusion: We found that preinvasive lesion was frequent in primary lung cancer ( 38 %) , The most frequent preinvasive lesion were ( 23.3 % ) atypical adenomatous hyperplasiaand 6.7 % squamous dysplasia e result of this study revealed a close correlation between the presence of AAH and adanocarcinoma and close correlation between squamous cell dysplasia and squamous cell carcinoma We suggest after detecting AAH or squamous dysplasia in lung biopsies patients were examined for any pathologic state .کلیدواژه ها
