چکیده مقاله:

Background: The fundamental changes in the field of information technology, along with its increased efficiency and effectiveness have brought new effects to the application of technology. One of the dimensions that technology has transformed it, is the health care; this dimension is referred to as electronic health (E-health). Part of these E-health programs, often aimed at increasing patient engagement and empowerment in self-management and service quality, has been implemented in two types of web-based and mobile-based applications. The wide distribution of digital devices has increased public access to health interventions. Tens of thousands of medical-related programs can be downloaded online. It is impossible to evaluate these software using traditional methods, in addition, the time-consuming and costly process of product evaluation may result in the technology investigated in the trial becoming obsolete by the time the results are published. The evaluation of the scales and quality assurance components in E-health web-based and mobile-based programs, investigate errors in portal usability for Patients, and the introduction of components that increase the implied tendency of users to use the E-health program.Material and Methods:The present study is a narrative review article that evaluates articles related to E-health interventions. we conducted computer search in PubMed, Google scholar, Medline, and Science Direct databases for English articles published between 2005 and 2018, containing explicit Web- or mobile app-based quality criteria. Then the categorization was done according to the goals and features mentioned. Results:The benchmarked web and mobile-based programs are mainly reviewed in the field of technical quality, and studies slightly have focused on the quality of the content and the effectiveness of the E-health interventions program, so, it is imperative to interpret the findings of interventions with caution. One of the goals of programs development is to achieve high reliability at the construct level for comparison and rating of different programs. To achieve this, methods for developing thematic criteria and planning in the field of psychology should be pursued as a safe and effective medical standard. Conclusion:In order to develop and test evidence-based programs, precise research is needed. The development of technologies related to electronic interventions should be based on assessment criteria and systematically implemented in cooperation with care professionals, designers and developers of the Web and mobile phones. E-health intervention programs require systematic review of various aspects such as persuasive design, principles of behavior change, and therapeutic alliance principles
