چکیده

Today, thinkers consider entrepreneurship as an appropriate strategy for promoting the productivity anddevelopment of the organization, and believe that entrepreneurship will promote productivity at variouslevels of individual, group, organizational, national and international. Currently, organizations In ourcountry, there is less serious look at the issue of entrepreneurship and there is no serious support fromentrepreneurship managers. The present article examines the effects of organizational support fromcreative and entrepreneurial managers on increasing entrepreneurship among senior executives. Bystudying the organization s support of employees in different dimensions, it was concluded that creatingthe necessary infrastructure to support entrepreneurial managers in the organization would be one ofthe components of the emergence of entrepreneurial managers in organizations and to provide asuitable platform First, an organization should be an entrepreneurial organization. The second importantcomponent that can influence the entrepreneurship of managers is the strengthening of job enthusiasmand the third most influential component is the strengthening of self-confidence in the managers of theorganization. These three components are a significant component of the organizational support of theiremployees, which has been derived from research conducted in recent years and shows the significantimpact of organizational support on the emergence and maintenance of entrepreneurial executives.
