چکیده مقاله:

Microorganism isolates used in plant protection were obtained from the College of Agriculture / University of Baghdad. Its purity was sureness. The microbial biokit was prepared through used several unsatisfactory and environmentally friendly isolate. The bioactivity of kit were studding in laboratory and showed susceptibility in removing contaminants. The results showed that the biomass of the isolates prior to the loading process on a medium containing crude oil as a single carbon source of 5 g / L, which indicates high growth efficiency and efficiency in the process of decomposition of these pollutants, The increase in the biomass of isolates of more than 3 g / L indicates the efficiency of isolates in oil decomposition, as well as the appearance of turbidity in the middle of growth, indicating the growth of isolates that using in this experiment and its ability to consume elements of the base matrix in the media compared to the control sample (media without oil), and obtained bioemulsifier with a concentration of 2.3 g / L.The increase in the number of microorganisms with increasing treatment time is one of the methods used to determine the extent of their ability to adapt and dismantle the crude oil compounds. The increase in the number of live microorganisms and the incubation period is more than 28 days by increasing the growth intensity in the third week, may be because to decomposing oil compounds and their exploitation in nutrition, where crude oil provides a source of carbon and energy for microorganisms isolates. The results showed that the mass of crude oil was converted to a mass of gel that was lost to its mass and emulsification compared to the control sample after a period of seven days at a temperature of 28 ± 2 ° C, which proves the susceptibility of microorganisms isolates in crude oil decomposition due to its production of bioemulsions, Which is characterized by low toxicity and easy decomposition. It reduces the surface tension of hydrocarbons and makes them more solubility and preparation for the dismantling of life and increase the rate of disintegration. The kit was tested for retention in storage conditions for a period of one year. The results showed that the viability of the kit was effectively compared to the isolates prior to the production of the kit, which showed poor storage capacity. The study conclude that biomass has the potential to treat hydrocarbons (oil contaminants) in the environment.
