چکیده

Bacteria are prokaryotic organisms and various microorganisms that can be easily cultivation in the laboratory and with their lipase extraction which can be used in medicine, pharmaceuticals and dairy products such as; probiotics for the treatment of diseases. Proteus is a bacterium of the Enterobacteriaceae family, which has a flagellum, aerobic and unaerobic optional. Among several proteus species, Proteus mirabilis is the fifth rare cause of hospital infections in the part of urinary tract that sometimes cause infection in humans, which is often due to non-compliance with hospital health and urinary catheter. The purpose of causes identification disease is early and rapid treatment by signs of diagnosis and in the complex cases with pathologic diagnosis based on urine test and cultivation, and sometimes with microscopic examination. This article has been published by studying and collecting 20 research scientists from 2005 until 2016; with primary prevention and use of probiotics, it strengthen the immune system and stops the occurrence of urinary tract infections or after the illness and results of urine culture tests, with the helping of antibiotics, including penicillins are effective in treating. Todays, with studies such as molecular, biological and genetic, of the several plant species from southern Africa to treat illness that is caused by urinary tract infections, such as Rheumatoid arthritis but, also microbiologists are investigating the bacterial processes and their treatment because of plus side effect, they have many benefits such as; the use of their lipase in the treatment of other diseases.
