Composite Wrap for Non-Leaking Piping Defects of Under Ground Pipe

In this research for a defect in a pipeline is intruduced then a geometry for repairing composite is proposed. By simulating with ABAQUS CAE the structure is designed. For investigating of failure, Hashin s theory is employed and Araldite 2015A/B Adhesive is introduced. In order to obtain the best layup and minimum stress distribution, ten stacking sequence is studied. According to ASME B31.8 for different region safety factor, number of lamina and thickness is calculated. Eventually graph of stress distributions for 11 22 ,  and 12 is drawn.
