چکیده

Background and Aim:P.a,S. a,E.c and E.fare the most important common hospital infactions that have high antibiotic resistance.Aim of this study is avalution of antimicrobial effects of Bdellium,Bracocephalum and Dianthus acetonic and ethanolic extracts in the invitro and animal modelMethods:Extracts of plants were prepared, then MIC and MBC of extracts on bacteria were determind by broth macrodilution method. In animal model, burning infection was induced by P.a and S.a separately, then Eucerin and Euerin with plant extracts were used as ointment for treatment (1g for 3 day)in female mice .Then number of colonies of bacteria counted on muller_hinton agarResults:Ethanolic and acetonic extracts of Dianthus had strong effect on P.a and S.a (MBC=4/ 562 mg/ml) and 11/396 MBC of ethanolic ectact of Dracocephalum was 15/292 mg/ml four P.a and ethanolic extract for Bdellium was 68/167 mg/ml for E.f .Dianthus had strong effect on P.a and S.a with MBC =4/562 mg/ml for ethanolic extract and shown same MBC=11/396 mg/ml for all of bacteria on acetonic extracts.Dracocephalum had strong effect on P.a with MBC=15/292 mg/ml and E.f with MBC =39/333 mg/ml for ethanolic and acetonic extracts ,repectively.Bdellium had strong effect on E.f with MBC=68/167 mg/ml and 42/083 mg/ml for ethanolic and acetonic extracts, repectively .Results of animal model shown thw prepered ointment from these plants extracts were usefull fortreatment of infection in mice burning modelConclusion:The results of this study were shown that extracts of Bdellium,Dracoce phalum and Dianthus have effective antimicrobial and healing properties that may be used in clinic.
