Polyaniline/Poly(acrylonitrile) (PAn/PANr) and Polyaniline/Poly(vinyl acetate) (PAn/PVAc) composites were prepared in aqueous/non-aqueous media by using mixture of potassium iodate and benzoyl peroxide as an oxidant. The products were characterized in terms of conductivity, morphology, particle size, yield and chemical structure. The chemical structures of the products were determined by FTIR spectroscopy.
