خلاصه مقاله:
Sulfur production in gas refineries is done using Claus reaction. It is mainly occurring in reaction furnace and temperature is the main effective parameter. In this study, it is attempted to find combustion temperature and H2S conversion by combination of equilibrium constant with energy and mass balance .By trial and error method and simplify assumption, combustion temperature was calculated and by equilibrium constant this temperature can be checked. In this temperature amount of H2S which is changed to sulfur may be calculated. So many reactions werehappened in reaction furnace but information of their rate are not accessible up to now and only practical information were used. Results of the calculation are compared with experimental data from temperature and H2S conversion in phase 4&5 south pars gas complex and good agreement was obtained.
