Incorporating Quality of Experience Criteria in Web Services Discovery and Selection

One of the key issues in the web is the connection between software systems without programming language or operating system dependencies. Web Search is a web development solution with the approach. One of the key challenges in Web Service discovery is the increasing availability of Web services. In this context, many studies have been carried out based on the use of service quality parameters. But the use of users to attract more satisfaction has lessened the discovery of Web services, while many researches have been done in various areas, such as multimedia systems. Entering a user s opinion in the area of service quality creates the concept of quality of experience. Due to the large number of web browsers in different domains, it s a serious challenge to discover and select a web service that is close to the user s perspective. This article tries to increase the user s satisfaction from the results of the discovery and selection of Web services by offering a suggested method for choosing the appropriate quality of experience. In the end, the results show that user satisfaction has been increased after applying the quality parameters of experience in the choice of the web service.
