چکیده مقاله:

In order to find the best location for hubs and allocation of the non-hub nodes, the concept of the hub location problem is used. In this study, the effect of delivery service requirement is attended on the transportation system through a hub-and-spoke network. The purpose of this paper is to study a multi-objective single allocation p-hub center-median problem. A multi-objective Mixed-Integer Non-Linear Programming (MINLP) formulation is presented to locate p hubs, allocate spokes to the located hubs, and assign different transportation mode to the hub-to-hub links simultaneously by considering the network reliability. The reliability simultaneously is considered for hubs when they are disrupted and time-dependent reliability for paths. The congestion in each hub is considered by proposed a queuing model. The validity of the presented model is tested by GAMS 24.1.3 software.
