چکیده
To control the problems of population growth and its consequences have been a lot of actions that can be priced out of the traffic restrictions. One of the most important issues in traffic plan is determining the optimal price. The economic implications of road pricing on traffic restrictions are expressed that users of high-traffic passages, in order to maximize the benefits of social networking must pay a charge equal to the difference between marginal social cost and the average cost. Therefore, in this paper has been an attempt to do effective measures to reduce and control traffic on busy streets by using the Genetic Algorithms, as a meta-heuristic algorithms, considering more factors, classifying on users and vehicles, and the combination of methods used in previous researches. Also, efficient price has been modeled on traffic restrictions by using the Genetic and Frank-Wolfe algorithms that has been adopted by the subject under the study. At the end of the paper, an example is used to implement the model.کلیدواژه ها

کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
