خلاصه مقاله:
An attempt has been made to study the multidimensionalinstability of dust-ion-acoustic (DIA) solitarywaves (SWs) in magnetized multi-ion plasmas containingopposite polarity ions, opposite polarity dusts and nonthermalelectrons. First of all, we have derived Zakharov-Kuznetsov (ZK) equation to study the DIA SWs in thiscase using reductive perturbation method as well as itssolution. Small-k perturbation technique was employed tofind out the instability criterion and growth rate of such awave which can give a guideline in understanding thespace and laboratory plasmas, situated in the D-region ofthe Earth’s ionosphere, mesosphere, and solar photosphere,as well as the microelectronics plasma processing reactors.
