Due to increasing environment pollution and global warming, design of the supply chain so that consider environmental issues is very important. This paper attempts to integrate forward and reverse supply chain to design a closed-loop supply chain network (CLSC). The problem in the design of a CLSC network is uncertainty in demand, return products and the quality of return products. Scenario analyses are generated to overcome this uncertainty. In this paper a Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) tomaximizing the profit of the CLSC. The proposed CLSC network consist of three echelons in forward supply chain and three echelons in reverse supply chain. The model determines the number and the locations of facilities and the material flows between these facilities. Finally the proposed model solving using LINGO 16 software and the results is analysed.
