This case study emphasis on the mathematical models of accident in roads and their intersection in order to reduce the risk of accident by use of different geometrical factor’scorrection. As, volume of traffic are going to increases nowadays, by various types of vehicles such as car, bike, auto. Therefore, requirement of proper roads construction andtheir intersections according to Urban Design Guidelines are mandatory. The current study is conducted to examine the accident probability which has happened in two different junctions, recognize the risk of accident in them and identify any necessary correction in their geometric design regarding to reduce the accident probability. Two different junctions are considered in two cities, Tehran and Hyderabad which presently are located in Iran and India respectively. This study has done because these two junctions are among the most traveled junctions in both cities which faced lots of accident since long back. So due to high rate of accident on them, it was decided to compare all executed factors in both junctions and guideline s standard factors together and then find the differentiation and unmatched parameters which make the most problem in car traveling between them. So by use of new centroid triangle models, all the sorted out values converted in to the Cartesian coordinates (x, y) and thereafter, all the factors are divided into 3 various combinations which are categorized as standard values and present values and their divergence was calculated. At the end, finding suitable reformation and modification regarding to minimized the risk of accident were suggested. By use of statistics and mathematical science and mathematical models, the centroid triangle models for standard and present values were considered. Analysis and estimated of geometrical features of junction with respect to its volume, capacity and performance, compatibility, Environmental responsibility have done. These models had been oriented together and then the percent of deviation of standard model from present model for various geometric parameter had found. Any deviation from standard model has shown that reformation in junction is compulsory. Data will be collected for any junction separately by use of Google Earth. Details of roads such as geometrical characteristic and their measurements, surface of pavement collected and analyzed by GIS and Auto Cad consequently. Finding a suitable pavement and geometric design correction, Increase driver sight distance while closer to junction remove all driver blind spots, separate turning, angle correction, traffic refuge area correction, gap distance correction, control and evaluation traffic and pedestrian lane reduction, optimal use of geometric intersection, minimized the traffic alignment pileup and point of conflict are the aim of this study
