Six Sigma is an effective attitude to industrial improvement. Sometimes organs faced to problems such as technical nature and team dynamic aspect seclusion and leadership role in acquision and perception of Six Sigma. Appear that Six Sigma implementation in industries and organs result in improvement in productive and administrative structure. In this study, tries are done to improve Six Sigma implementation quality by suitable strategies application. First refer to concept and strategy of six sigma, purpose of it’s using, position in International Organization for Standardization (ISO), define of ISO 13053 and it’s allied standards, applied locality and introducing DMAIC circle as instrument for execute and arrive to Six Sigma and creating Continuous improvement in organization, it’s administrative committee members, responsibility and quality key elements. Secondly will go to quality concepts and models, their differences and similarities between Six Sigma and lean manufacturing, complementary aspects checking and their forte in organization improvement. Finally explain summary of a six sigma project implementation and applied tools in it and its role in improving customer satisfaction and will check decreasing cost of product or services.
