چکیده

Smart city is developed, deployed and maintained with the help ofInternet of Things (IoT). The smart cities have become an emergingphenomena with rapid urban growth and boost in the field ofinformation technology. However, the function and operation of asmart city is subject to the pivotal development of securityarchitectures. A very good example of the potential of these devicesfor smart cities is their powerful support for intuitive service interfaces(such as those based on augmented reality (AR)) for non-expert users.In our work, we consider a scenario that combines IoT and AR withina smart city maintenance service to improve the accessibility of sensorand actuator devices in the field, where responsiveness is crucial. In it,depending on the location and needs of each service, data andcommands will be transported by an urban communications networkor consulted on the spot. Much of the big data that are continuouslygenerated by IoT sensors, devices, systems and services are geotaggedor geo-located. The importance of having robust, intelligentgeospatial analytics systems in place to process and make sense ofsuch data in real time cannot therefore be overestimated.
