چکیده مقاله:

The goal of this study was to investigate the dietary effect of omega-3 fatty acids from linseed oil on fresh and post-thaw sperm quality in holstain bull. ten fertile bulls were assigned to tow treatment groups and suplemmented for 12 weeks with encapsulated fat including: (P) 300 g palm oil; (L) 300 g linseed oil. classical semen evaluetion including assesment of sperm motility, membran integrity (eosin-nigrozin), membran activity (HOST), morphology (hankok) and MDA content test were conducted. in the post-thaw sperm, total and progressive motility of group L were significantly greater than the group P, membran integrity and activity of group L significantly increased compared to the group P Abnormal sperm in the group L significantly less than the group P. There were no significant differences MDA content between treatments. There were no significant differences in vulome semen, concentration sperm, motility and viability sperm in fresh sperm Therefore, It was concluded that the feeding 300 g linseed oil to the holstain bull could improve sperm cryosurvival.
