The main purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the ability to manage and innovate the company s success based on the information of the companies active in the capital market. In this research, the company s innovative successes were measured using intangible assets and R & D expenditures. Statistical data from the information contained in the reporting of companies accepted in the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2009 to 2015 (seven years) was collected. Military removal sampling method was used to collect sample data from 183 companies with 1281 observations, and the hypotheses were analyzed using R statistical software. The results of testing the hypotheses using multivariate regression with panel data approach at error level of 5% indicated that there is a significant relationship between management ability and promotion of innovations in companies as well as between the ability of management and research and development in a companyThere is no meaningful relationship.
