چکیده
An organisation uses information strategically to create new knowledge for innovation, to make sense of change in its environment and to make decisions about courses of action. People in an organisation give meaning to the actions of the organisation. Leadership s communication gives individual-level effects in terms of clear roles, loyaltyand commitment, and at the group level in the form of cohesion, self-confidence and efficient group processes.
