Introduction &Aim: One third of all cancers in women is breast cancer and second leading cause of cancer in women is Lung cancer.One way to prevent this cancer mortality is early diagnosis and Screening is the best way to early detection,that including:breast self exam(BSE)clinical breast exam(CBE)and Mammography.Therefore.Given that,health personnel have an important role the for the promotion of public health with education and proper implementation of screening programs.So we decided to study to assess the knowledge,attitude and practice in health personal about breast cancer in health center number three in MashhadMethods: This cross-sectional study using a four-part questionnaire Which includes 1. Demographic information 2.Knowledge 3.attitud 4.Function in health personal about breast cancer.The study population consisted of 145 persons of staff (family health workers, midwifes)Occupational in number three of mashhad health center in1396Results: The study group was mostly among women aged 30-45years .Study of knowledge only 66% have Correct information.And also only 82%of employees had a positive attitude.However, only62.5% have correct action.Despite the fact that 90% of staff were aware of the BSE But in practice, only 21% do BSE monthly.Although 87.5% of personnel were aware about to carry out annual Mammography at more than 40 years but in practice, only 35% do Mammography.Conclusion: To improve the staff performance it is necessary to develop and implement edvcational programs
