چکیده
Introduction: Identification of low density of breast tissue in women with early stage of cancer by mammography is very weak, the proposed solution can be in the mammary tissues with low density to be effective with cancer, the use of ultrasound. The aim of this study was to evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer in young women .Methods: In this clinical trial, 50 women with suspected breast cancer who are randomly selected and informed consent were enrolled. Women in the first stage and after confirming the presence of cancer underwent ultrasonography, and mammography. After confirming mammography, biopsy of malignant mass were performed and the samples were sent to the pathology laboratory.Results: Of 32 women who had cancer in both ultrasound and mammography imagings, biopsy revealed that 29 patients had breast cancer.Conclusion: Due to decreasing age of breast cancer, increased sensitivity to detect this type of cancer in young women, using ultrasound + Mammography imaging is recommended.کلیدواژه ها
