Introduction: Controlling ofcancer is a complicated and complex behavior and currently, Health Belief Model can cause changes in behavior of structures that are considered as important aspects to consider, in the promotion of breast cancer control to be used. Methods: In this experimental study over 12 weeks on 120 women referred to Tabriz was teaching hospitals, training program in conjunction with the Health Belief Model for intervention group (n = 60) were presented. Before and after intervention were assessed in both groups and p less than 0.05 was considered significant.Results: Both groups in the pretest were at the same level, but after intervention, there was a statistically significant relationship between two groups (p = 0/001) so that education has a positive impact on the performance of women at risk of breast cancer. Conclusion: improvement ofknowledge ,changing of attitudes and poor performance models to help reducing health risk for breast cancer can greatly reduce your risk.
