خلاصه مقاله:
Introduction&Aim: Despite the increasing prevalence of breast cancer in different societies, appropriate molecular method for screening, diagnosis and efficient treatment for the disease is not yet available. Recently, with the development of high-throughput (HTP)method, more than 16,000 lncRNAmolecules have been identified in the human genome. Some of these lncRNAs have aberrant expressions in various cancer types, such as breast cancer. This study bioinformaticaly suggests the possibility of usingnovellncRNAs obtained fromhigh-throughput data analyses as potential molecules for screening and prognosis of breast cancer. High throughput RNA-seq data have revealed a valuable perspective and determine the further research directions Methods: In this investigation, bioinformaticanalysis were done usingprimary and annotated databases for lncRNAs involved in breast cancer. These databases including miTranscriptome,Lnc2cancer, LncRNADisease, lncReg, NONCODE, LincSNP, lncRNASNP, lncRNAdb, Cancer RNASeqNexus, NRED, LncRNAWiKi, LNCipedia, lncRNome,CancerResource, CancerGene, COSMIC, MoKCa, IntOGen,StarBase, CGBand GeneCards.Retrieved data was analyzed for possible validated experimental literature. Results: We found some lncRNAs that although according to previous HTP results have the most aberrant expression in breast cancer, but there is no experimental evidence in tumor cells of breast cancer patients so far. Some of these lncRNAs have already been identified using HTP techniques, such as RNA-seq Conclusion: Our results revealed some lncRNAs that may be act as novel oncogenes or tumor suppressors in breast cancer whose their validations require further investigations. Our results can be available for otherresearchers
