چکیده مقاله:

Aim: Aim of present paper is reviewing psychosocial intervention for managing breast cancer-related fatigue based on guidelines. Introduction: Cancer related fatigue (CRF) can be experienced at all phases of the disease trajectory. Prevalence rates for CRF are reported to range from 70% to 100% during active treatment and to be 30% in post treatment survivors .Indeed longitudinal studies have identified genetic, biological, psychosocial, and behavioral risk factors associated with cancer-related fatigue.Method: A systematic search of databases was done and 4 guidelines and 10 related articles were selected. Later psychosocial interventions were gathered. Result: Psychosocial interventions were mentioned for managing breast cancer-related fatigue is: Patient education, stress management, cognitive therapies, improve mood state, relaxation, counseling, social support, hypnosis, biofeedback Conclusions: Fatigue is a symptom affected by multiple biological and psychosocial factors. When assessing and managing fatigue all this factors must be considered and suitable intervention should be done at the most appropriate way to have best results for patients
