چکیده مقاله:

The present study aims to investigate the impact of collaborative management system on organizationcommitment with the role of mediator in organizational climate among employees of the Ardabilprovincial government office. In this study from descriptive statistics for demographic studies such asgender, age, marriage and … and to determine the normality of the survey data for the use of parametricsamplers from Kolmogorov and Smirnov and to analyze the hypotheses, linear regression test was used.The survey community of this research was the employees of the ministry of Finance that from 480 staffmembers of this organization, the sample size, was determined using Cochran formula 214 people thatthe random sample was used to select the sample a total of 180 questionnaires were returned fromquestionnaires distributed in written form. The research data were collected using the shepherdparticipatory management questionnaire and Alan Meyer organizing commitment questionnaire and theHaplean Kraft component questionnaire. The research findings showed that participatory managementon organizational commitment (BETA=0/17), participatory management on organizational climate(BETA=0/20) and organizational commitment on organizational climate (BETA=0/29) has a significantimpact. The results of this study indicate that how much of the budget of Ardabil Arbitral Tribunal willincrease, participatory management and organizational commitment, will have a greater impact.
