چکیده مقاله:

Interaction design in smart buildings is an active research area in architectural design that are bringing the gap between the traditional static world of architecture with recent paradigms from human-computer interaction, ubiquitous computing and tangible interface design. Humans interact with the spaces that surrounds them, in numerous ways in smart buildings. They perceive the environmental conditions and act, react or adjust accordingly. The research leads to the various steps to reach the goals. The research will be a quantitative study looking at the relationship between designing spaces and citizen’s satisfactory in commercial high-rise buildings. In this research, which has an explanatory and correlation approach, interpretive strategies in the subject area, simulation in the variable test section and logical reasoning and descriptive statistics in the analysis and presentation sections were utilized. The behavior of people plays a big part as they more often than not have direct control of equipment and may not know how to operate it efficiently. Smart behavior starts with good business practices, engagement and management all of which are important when it comes to managing energy use. On the other hand, management has a critical leadership role to identify and drive the achievement of the energy efficiency objectives. Energy efficiency lowers energy use while providing the same level of service. Energy conservation reduces unnecessary energy use. Both energy efficiency and conservation provide environmental protection. Energy efficiency measures can permanently reduce peak demand by reducing overall consumption in buildings
