This article examines the prospect of EFLteachers perspective toward the future of English language teaching in women of Iranian high school. It has adopted the approach of Delphi method to analyze the data collected from interviews with 20 EFL experts in Iran. The Delphi Technique provides a structured communication process designed to produce a detailed examination of a topic and problem and discussion from the participating group. In this paper, we estimate how the Delphi Technique has beenperspective toward the future of English language teaching in women in Iran by 2030. Iran, being, collectivist, and restrained society with a normative cultural orientation and preference for avoiding uncertainty, will be reluctant to accept technological innovation so quickly which would replace EFL teachers. Further research covering a time frame beyond 2030 would be needed.
