Nowadays, global economy has more emphasis on human capital development than other factors such as wealth creation, information management, knowledge production, etc. Most economist would agree that what ultimately determines the economic development, is human resources, not capital or financial resources. Hence, human resources and it s related issues should be used in any country s development programs.Because of the importance of human resources and increasing WFC in today s word, and the impact of these conflicts on satisfaction, I decide to explain reciprocal relationships between WFC and satisfaction criteria. We try to investigate effects of both work interfering with family and family interfering with work on job and life satisfaction. Most previous studies focuses at the global satisfaction level, but this study consider two components of job satisfaction: affective reaction and cognitive appraisal.Using the sample taken from the insurance industry and factor analysis, a significant relationship was observed between conflicts and job satisfaction. There is a negative relationship between work-family as well as family-work conflicts and emotional response. However, there is only a negative relationship between family-work conflict and job satisfaction cognitive assessment. Data only showed negative correlation between family-work conflict and life satisfaction. There is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction emotional reaction and life satisfaction.
