چکیده مقاله:

Today, in a round of the world, the word of education refers to the processes which have a positive, effective and sustainable impact on learning and personality development. Therefore, the old way of education that was implemented in educational systems in the whole of the world has been challenged today. Since the education and training in schools did not have a large role in people s life and future success, it faced with much criticism by the people and the elites of various communities in the world. Therefore, many of the world s most prestigious educational systems took the decision to change their educational procedures to operate the educational system in a more effective and efficient way in the future life of human. Hence, the ideas and opinions of experts and beneficial experiences and successful theorists in this field had been used extensively. Among these most important and most successful people Anton Simunovic Makarenko and Albert Bandura can be mentioned. Because their educational styles and theories have been of the most influential in the history of education in the world. So we consider it proper to express some of their educational methods and compare their educational theories and investigate the effectiveness of effective education in schools of Iran.
