Investigation the effective factors on the effectiveness of knowledge management and its impact on organization‘s efficiency

In this paper, the effectiveness of knowledge management and further its impact on organizational efficiency in Tehran Railway Headquarter is investigated. From the methodological perspective, this research project is classified as a quantitative empirical study. The considered statistical population for this research includes all the existing Tehran Railway Headquarter sections. According to the statistical population (700 units) and the Morgan table, the sample size has been considered to be 248 units. To test the considered hypotheses, a 52-question questionnaire has been utilized, which includes the effective factors on knowledge management efficiency, knowledge management effectiveness, and organization‘s performance. Analyzing the results using SmartPLS reveals that the effectiveness of knowledge management has a mediation effect on organizational culture, organizational structure, and occupational profession effect on organization‘s performance
