the present era of knowledge-based economy or knowledge-based, intangible assets and intellectual capital of their companies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage is key. The aim of the present study is to evaluate the performance of employees of National Bank branches intellectual capital Shiraz. Accordingly, following a comprehensive review of the literature related to intellectual capital and organizational performance and content related information has been extracted from the population. The population of 180 people and the sample according to Morgan Cochran formula, 118 people was selected by simple random sampling. In analyzing the data, descriptive within the field of application and the duration is cross-sectional in nature. The reliability was obtained by Cornbrash s alpha and the Syrians considered to have validity. After collecting data through questionnaires were analyzed by 21 spss software. The result is that between human capital and organizational performance by a factor of 0/510 in the city branches of National Bank has a significant relationship. Between structural capital on organizational performance in National City bank branches 0/244 coefficients are significant relationship between relational capital and organizational performance in branches of Bank Melli city with a significant correlation coefficients are 0/244.
