The aim of this study is to train employees on job satisfaction municipalities in the province of North Khorasan. The research method is descriptive and statistical population of this research is employees of municipalities in the province of North Khorasan 2274 is the number of people using Cochran formula and simple random sampling method was 329 To reduce the error which 329 questionnaires distributed, 343 were returned about it. Data questionnaire Tahyr staff training and Harysha (2014) and Minnesota job satisfaction is used; According to the results of employee training and job satisfaction municipalities in North Khorasan Province there is a significant relationship.
