چکیده مقاله:

Intraoperative radiation therapy is the way during surgery with high dose received by the accelerator to the tumors. Possible benefits of healthy tissue from putting out the possibility of using very high doses Square, during a session at less than will provide a minute.Calculated dose with high dose radiation dosimeters are commonly encountered difficulties field, so dosimetry response is independent of dose is important. One of the tools of chemical dosimeters ethanol, chloro -benzene (ECB), which is independent of its response to the beam energy, dose and dose rate of its features.Materials and Methods: In accordance with standard ASTM, Klrvbnzn mixed solution of ethanol and distilled water at a volume ratio of 24 % glass chamber and the nozzle chamber produced by acetylene welding are blocked. Dosimetry of an electron linear accelerator is used for calibration valid. Therefore, dosimeters in terms of the equilibrium constant water phantom, the terms of reference and the irradiation by measuring the mean response, response curve - the dose is achieved. To measure making factor output IORT, ECB dosimeters depth dose maximum energy of the phantom are and by measuring the relative response of dosimeters markets applicators of the reference factor, output acceleration will be calculated. Dosimetry spectrophotometric method readings are. Results: Treatment with quality small fields and dose / pulse and reduce the incidence of secondary cancers because of increasing doses of adverse. Conclusions: Because of the striking features of ECB, including the stability of response, ease of manufacture, low price, availability, correctness of response, lack of dependence on beam energy and dose and dose / pulse is anticipated that dosimetry to precision and accuracy do more .
