چکیده

Background: Homogeneously Staining of Regions or Double MinuteChromosomes are autonomously replicating extra-chromosomal elements thatare frequently associated with gene amplification in a variety of differentcancers especially breast cancer.Materials and Methods: The diagnosis of leukemia patients was based oncharacterization of the leukemic cells, obtained from bone marrow cytogenetics.Results: This study report two cases, one with AML-M1, aged 23 years oldfemale, and the other with CML- blast crisis. A 28 years old female associatedwith Double Minute Chromosomes.Conclusions: Most cases of breast arcinoma and acute myeloid leukemia withdmin in the current literature (including our cases) have been diagnosed ashaving acute myeloid leukemia. More detail will be discussed.
