چکیده مقاله:
Poor diagnosis and inefficient treatment makes gastric cancer one of the most deadliest cancer worldwide [1]. Therefore, a better understanding of molecular changes in gastric cancer may help to develop targeted molecular therapies. Changes in some pathways have been known to cause human cancers, including gastric cancer [2]. Ibuprofen is one of the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) that can relief pain and control inflammation, these drugs inhibit cyclooxygenase 1, 2 (COX1, 2) activity and synthesis prostaglandins [3]. Recent studies have also suggested that NSAIDs inhibit the promotion and proliferation of some tumors. we can use them for treatment of cancer by focusing on the genes involved in the disease. To better interpret the role of ibuprofen in treating cancer, we have obtained gene symbol of some pathway in gastric cancer that is affected by ibuprofen such as apoptosis, cell cycle, DNA replication. In this study first we got name of these gens by David tool. In the next step by using Enricher we got transcription factors (TFs) for genes، finely we draw network by Cytoscape software. By these analyses we have identified the main TFs and using network we have showed integration between these TFs and the target genes.
