خلاصه مقاله:
Colsa (Brassica napus sp.) as the most important oily seed product in the world is affected largely by drought and salinity due to planting in arid and semi-arid regions. Studies about QTLs and genes controlling responses to salinity and drought in colsa have been limited to a few publications because they are complicated traits. Therefore, establishing QTLs rule which are related to salt and drought responsiveness will be helpful in understanding the plant responses to these stresses. Recently, molecular markers analysis has created a developmental track in biotechnology to find quantitative traits effective in salt and drought tolerance. In this study genes involved in drought and salt stresses in colsa and Arabidopsis thaliana from Brassicaceae which are related to colsa were investigated using GEO database. Then results were analyzed by using GEO2R and search for shared genes between GSEs was performed. By extracting data for desired genes from DAVID, PANTHER and TAIR databases and, ALF5,DREB2A, CCoAOMT1, RVE2, CZF1, SIP4, CHX18 and etc candidate genes responsible to drought and salt stresses were extended by drawing a relationship network between genes with the help of Cytoscape, we confirmed our results using available RNAseq data using Galaxy.
