چکیده

Heat shock proteins (HSPs) that are an important subgroup of chaperones with great functionality take part in proteins protection and have a notable role in their irreversible aggregation and degradation.Several web-based bioinformatics analyses have used to study this protein in medicinal plant Capsicum annuum that is one of the most commonly used spice around the world.Estimated solubility was calculated by web-based tool Peptide Solubility Calculator (http://pepcalc.com/peptide-solubility-calculator.php) showed that the proteinhas a good water solubility. Prediction of secondary structure by Peptide Property Calculator Version 3.1 show that this sequence has one transmembrane region.The secondary structure prediction Analysis bypsipred version 3.3 (http://bioinf.cs.ucl.ac.uk/psipred/) (1, 2) show that this protein has two alpha helix regions with some disordered protein binding region.Also,biological process predictions of this software show that this gene participates in cell surface receptor signaling pathway and regulation of metabolic process with the high reliability. As Hsphas great functionality in environments stresses, knowingabout protein functions and its characterization may help us to predict the best changes in protein sequence for modify and overcomedisorders concerningthree-dimensional modeling.
