Study Educational- Pedagogical Camps on Sons Students Educational Personality and Progress in High School from Bandar Abbas One Region Education Teachers View

The purpose of this study the role of educational training camps on character development and academic achievement of high school students in the city of Bandar Abbas. This descriptive study research was conducted. The population of this study included all secondary school teachers in the region are a city of Bandar Abbas. The sample consisted of 234 teachers who were selected randomly. To collect the data, the role of educational training camps on personality development of students questionnaire containing 28 questions and the role of educational training camps on the academic achievement of students consists of 21 questions was used. To determine the validity and content validity and face validity were used. To determine the reliability of Cornbrash’s alpha and spss software was used to track the results of the first test Cranach alpha reliability of the reliability of 0.957 and 0.904 respectively for the second questionnaire. The results were analyzed by descriptive and inferential methods. Results indicated that training of camps on academic achievement and personality development of students affected. The results indicate that if the planning of educational tours to all-round development of personality of students to be given the responsibility of promoting honesty and integrity in students academic achievement. Training camps are effective on social adjustment of students and educatorshave an important role in training camp activities. Also, the educational campaigns and reduction of mental and emotional problems of students there is a significant relationship.
