In organizational behavior management, spiritual intelligence and organizational culture play an important role in the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations. In this research, the effect of spiritual intelligence and its components on organizational culture was investigated. The present study was a descriptive-correlational study. The comprehensive statistical population of this research is Ilam training staff. Using Cochran s formula, a sample size of 124 people was obtained which completed 110 questionnaires. The main tools for obtaining information in this research were three questionnaires including demographic information questionnaire, Hildebrand Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2011) and Denison s (2000) Organizational Culture Questionnaire. The validity of this questionnaire was verified by professors in the field of validation and reliability using Cronbach s alpha coefficient for organizational culture questionnaire (87%) and for spiritual intelligence questionnaire (82%). The findings of the research showed that the mean score of spiritual intelligence in Ilam staff training was 32.3% and the highest score among spiritual intelligence components of critical thinking. The Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational culture Positive and meaningful. The results of this research show that law enforcement officers should be sensitive to the spiritual intelligence of their personnel in order to improve organizational culture throughout the organization.
