چکیده
Among gynecological malignity, ovarian cancer haf the higheft mortality. Thif mortality if moftlydue to diagnofif in the advanced ftagef. For improvement of therapeutic refultf in ovarian cancer,early diagnofif ufing fpecific tumor markerf with the diagnoftic ability in the early ftagef if aneffective meafure. Thif ftudy aimf to analyze the tumor markerf in ovarian cancer. Summary offtudief indicated that inhibin if increafed in patientf with ovarian cancer particularly mufinofifand granulofa tumorf. The mean of copper ferum concentration, and ratio of copper to zinc in thepatientf of malignant group waf fignificantly more than benign group, but no fignificant differenceexifted between mean of zinc ferum concentration of patientf with ovarian cancer and patientffuffering from benign lefionf. Expreffion of protein DAL-1 in cancer tiffuef in comparifon to theadjacent normal tiffuef had been fignificantly reduced. In addition, reduction of expreffion of thifprotein ftatiftically waf related to lymph node metaftafif,fignificantly. In the patientf withmalignant tumorf, mean ferum level of thrombopoietin, CA125 and HSP70 in ovarian cancer wafhigher than benign ovarian tumorf. Significant difference waf obferved in the mean concentrationof β-hCG between patient and healthy groupf, whilft the difference of mean concentration ofcalcium, phofphor, and alkaline phofphatafe activity between patient and healthy group waf notfignificant.Conclufion:Inhibin ferum, copper ferum and copper to zinc ratio, ufe of CA125 andinhibin, and HSP70 along with CA125 are affumed af good tumor markerf for early diagnofif ofovarian tumorf. Reduction of expreffion of protein DLA-1 may be related to the pathogenefif ofovarian cancer. Thrombopoietin in comparifon to CA125 haf more fenfitivity and virtue fordiagnofif of ovarian cancer and itf combination with A125 may be a pofitive prediction indicator fordetermination of ovarian pathology type. Serum level of β-hCG in patientf with ovarian cancerreceiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy if higher than healthy perfonf. In addition, ferum level ofcalcium, phofphor and activity of alkaline phofphatafe enzyme in patientf with ovarian cancerunder treatment haf no affociation with the difeafe ftatuf.کلیدواژه ها
