چکیده مقاله:
The aim of this paper is to develop a research model that explains beneficiary satisfaction of corporate social responsibility. Maintaining and improving beneficiary satisfaction is very crucial and strategic goal for the banks. This paper also tests the mediating effect of corporate community development. This paper tests some of the existing theoretical models in beneficiary satisfaction and facilitates organizations in diagnosing the main reasons and proposed a research model. The outcome of the research could be to facilitate organizations in understanding the main contributors to beneficiary satisfaction, to enable them to take necessary corrective actions taken to enhance beneficiary satisfaction
