These days, barium hexaferrite and derived components are interesting because of their fabulous properties such as chemical and temperature stability, corrosion resistivity, reasonable processing cost and other tunable properties of them [1-3]. On the other hand, they have various applications such as fabrication permanent magnets, microwave absorbers, radar absorbing materials (RAM), magnetic recording, storage and in some cases they are useful in biodegradation [4]. Furthermore, this kind of materials are useful as hyperthermia inductor There are different types of preparation including sol-gel, coprecipitation, ceramic route and etc [5]. Different research about the preparation of BaM hexaferrites with a variety of substituents have been reported, which each of them influence the magnetic properties of synthesized nanocomposites[6-7]. In this project, the synthesized nanocomposites by a new combination of Co-Zn-Sn ions have prepared via sol-gel auto combustion route. The starting reagents, Fe3(NO3)2.9H2O, Ba(NO3)2.6H2O, Zn(NO3)2.6H2O, Co(No3)2.6H2O, SnCl4, and Citric acid were bought from Merck and used as prepared without any purification. X-ray diffractometer reveals the formation of an M-type hexagonal structure with the second phase of α-Fe2O3.Different lattice parameters including (a=b and v) and their changes obtained by XRD peaks. According to Scherrer, by increasing dopants concentrations a and v increase, which refer to influence of substituents on crystallographic lattices. For more analyses, Magnetic properties and morphology were described by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and field emission electron microscope (FESEM), respectively. According to the pictures of FESEM, the grains size was in the nanometer range and M-H curves represent the magnetization behavior of synthesized samples. Finally, from hysteresis loops, it is understandable that the most amount of Ms belongs to sample (x=0.5) but by increasing more substitutions falls, on the other hand, Hc has the decreasing trend.
