Solving Project Selection Problem by a New Heuristic Benefit-Cost Additive Method

In the project selection problem a decision maker allocates limited Budget to a set of competing projects. We propose a new heuristic method for solving this problem. For evaluating this method, problem was solved by heuristic method, and its results were compared results integer linearprogramming.
