چکیده مقاله:

Due to the rapid growth of technology and the use of modern methods of teaching-learning, e-learning recognition and virtual learningwill be inevitable. Today, information technology (IT) with all its developments and impacts in all areas of science is one of the most essential tools in the education scene. The appearance of technology and its development Led to high production of science as well as ease of spreading it to all people. In today s competitive and complex world that the education system has been faced with the growing threat by rapidly environmental changing, one of the approaches applied in this field which can be used with high efficiency is virtual learning.What this study highlights and evaluates as independent variables effecting the implementation of e-learning in Iran educational institutions and centers includesteachers, collaborative platforms, motivational factors and ultimately learners during which these factors have been investigated in intended statistical population.This study aimed to draw a conceptual model of teaching-learning efficiency using virtual learning during which proving the secondary research hypotheses is examinedincluding the relationship and effect of the independent variables using inferential statistical methods and utilizing the results from questionnaires and statistical analysis.Based on the results obtained from technology structures, human resource development, especially professionals and teachers, learners in relation to virtual learning as well as new management structure are the main factors in improving the functioning method of distance learning in higher education institutions.
