چکیده
This paper aimed to explore the engineers perceptions toward safety climate in Tehran construction sites. It also investigated the linkage between personal characteristics of site engineers and safety climate. The adopted data collection and methodology was based on comprehensive questionnaire and statistical tests respectively. A total number of a hundred questionnaires were distributed; Seventy three questionnaires were received and analyzed to fulfill the objectives. Site engineers responded positively towards safety climate. Almost half of site engineers have never received any safety training. The results indicated that only marital status and safety training received, among all personal characteristics, have an influence on safety climate.کلیدواژه ها
