چکیده
Objective: To compare between the effect of antiseptic agent and drugs in black mulies fish. Method & Materials: Ichthyophthirius multifiliis in fresh water tanks and Cryptocaryon irritans in marine systems, both are cilliate protozoans , which may be accompanied by other skin and gill parasites. The life cycle of this parasite is full circle and optimum temperature for complete cycle about 21 °C until 10 °C. Mature parasites, which have been feeding on host tissues, break through the skin epithelium and fall away from the fish on the floor of the aquarium or pond they settle to from round cyst which is the reproductive stage. Infected fish develop characteristic raised white SPOTS on the fins and body, and within the gills and mouth. Each spot is an individual parasite which is enveloped by semi-transparent host tissue. We may see other signs such as: Scratching, Abnormal behavior, Darting, Lethargy, Hanging, Osmotic stress, Respiratory distress. After separate and laboratory diagnosis of a sample of ICH infected mullies (Poecilia sphenops) located in Tehran house aquarium. We make and proper 6 tanks for mature mullies [that al of them be male]. Then they divided to 6; 10 number group. Every 6 test group infected by contacting infection that showing signs after 2 day. After laboratory test and diagnosis of ICH infection ;we choose 5 tanks for test and 1 tank for blank. We treat these 5 tanks and change the aquarium (after every bath) in this way: 1. Formalin bath (formalin 37%) 15 ml/liter 15min 3times every 6 hours. 2. Salt bath (Nacl 2%) 15 min 3times every 6 hours. 3. Malachite green bath 0.1 mg/liter 15 min 3times every 6 hours. 4. Temperature 32 °C all of test time. 5. Form. + Malachite green malachite green 0.1 mg/lit Formalin 15 mg /lit 15 min 3times every 6 hours. The treat times is 0-6 & 12 . And Blank tank without treatment. Results & Conclusion: We took 3samples in every aquarium with random methods in 6 hours distances. Records showed that the combination of malachite green and formalin have the best respond.کلیدواژه ها
