Objective: Dicus fishes are among those aquarium fishes which makes the great difficulty in the work of the aquatic trainers. Before this reseach we believed that fishes are infected in the country of origin so we forced to cure them and this caused wasting of time and cash. Method & Materials: Our study which lasted two years contains 15 phases of imported packs of fishes. After avaculation, in 24 hours most of the fishes gathered at a corner of aquarium and after 72 hours the sign of bacterial or protozoal disease apears. After labratory test the leisure pathogens was isolated (most contaminated germs was citrobacter spp., pseudomonas spp. And trichodina spp.) Usually these germs are not able to affect the fishes so we searched how stress cause the reduse function of the immune system of fishes. Results & Conclusion: The method of transfering the discus is like other fishes and it is base on reduse the stress that cause by change of the ph.of water.after several experinces,the safe method was found. In this method, each discus packed seperatly in one bag unit before entered in iran.with the primary water, the fishes transfered into the water tank.fresh water of aquarium gradually addited to the water tank, for about 3 times as much, of the water in tank (in about an hour). Then fishes in tank entered in a plastic bag with adding oxygen and packed and keep in this situation about 3-5 hours.after evaculation and 28 days in quarantine,did not noticed any sign of desease.
